The festival that is widely known is the Montruex Jazz Festival, the annual celebration of world music which is where jazz constitutes its historic core. Besides festivals, the Moroccan Food is special too. It is mixed with Middle Eastern culinary influences. Usually there are spices which include cinnamon, cumin, mint and coriander. Moroccans enjoy eating Mechoui, a roasted lamb dish with paprika. The most unique of all is their cultural practices. It shows respect among them. For instance, when entering a social function, they shake hands with the person to the right and then continue going from right to left.
