A description of a scene from my neighbourhood

Close to the playground where energetic and hyperactive children are having fun, is a place where I call my 'second home'. The scent of fresh air and fragrant flowers, the aroma of the mouth-watering food wafted from the coffee shops and the greenery of the land, is the spot where I can release all my frustrations. That spacious, sheltered pavilion is my childhood place. Though the tables and chairs are filthy and there is a steep slope that we need to climb, it is an after-school place for relaxation and social gathering. Furthermore, I always go there for picnics and whenever there are celebrations on special occasions. The laughter and joy of the people, birds chirping, and the icy-cool breeze, make me feel comfortable and peaceful. I will never forget every precious memory I had there. The thought of that magnificent place makes me smile radiantly. The spot is always the centre of attraction, thus,it has served many purposes for the residents. In order for my 'second home' to stay forever, I sincerely advise everyone not to litter and play a part to keep the environment clean and green.
